Send a deletion request email
Email us from the address associated with your SelfMind AI account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We confirm and delete
We will verify your identity and send you a confirmation email. All your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems within 30 days.
What happens after deletion
• Your account and all profile data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (not linked to you) may be retained for service improvement.
• Backups are purged within 90 days per our backup retention policy.
• Data shared with Meta platforms is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. To remove SelfMind AI's access from your Facebook account, visit Facebook App Settings and remove SelfMind AI.
Remove SelfMind AI from Facebook / Instagram
If you connected SelfMind AI via your Facebook or Instagram account, you can also revoke access directly from Meta:
Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
Find SelfMind AI in the list of active apps.
Click Remove to revoke access and delete any data Meta shared with us.
After revoking access, please also send us a deletion request email (above) to ensure all data on our servers is erased.
